Are you the official Australian importer of iPoolGo pools? Yes. iPoolGo Australia is the authorised importer of the iPoolGo brand of drop-stitch inflatable pools into Australia. We supply, support, and warranty every pool we sell directly to Australian customers — you're not buying through an overseas reseller or a third-party marketplace.

Where are you based? Our Australian headquarters is at 2/12 Cylinders Dr, Torquay VIC 3228. Orders are shipped from within Australia.

How is iPoolGo different from a regular inflatable pool? iPoolGo pools use high-pressure drop-stitch construction with rigid walls and premium UV-resistant PVC — no steel frame required. This gives the pool the look and stability of a permanent above-ground pool, while still packing down for storage.
 

Sizes & Pricing
 

What sizes are available? We currently stock 2m and 3m pool packages, including a Complete Package option with additional accessories.

What's the difference between the "Pool Only" and "Complete Package" options? The Pool Only package includes the pool and standard accessories needed for setup. The Complete Package adds everything you need for a fully equipped setup out of the box:

Do prices include GST? Yes, all advertised prices include GST.
 

Delivery
 

Do you deliver Australia-wide? Yes, we deliver across Australia. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Victoria: 2–5 business days

• New South Wales, South Australia & ACT: 3–7 business days

• Queensland & Tasmania: 4–8 business days

• Western Australia & Northern Territory: 7–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and freight carrier schedules.

How is the pool packaged for delivery? Your pool will arrive in 1–3 boxes, depending on the package you order.

Can I track my order? Yes — all deliveries will receive an email from the courier with delivery/tracking information.
 

Setup & Installation
 

How long does setup take? iPoolGo pools are designed for quick setup — most customers have their pool inflated and ready within 30 minutes using the supplied pump.

Do I need a professional installer? No. iPoolGo pools are designed for DIY setup — no steel frame or tools required. A flat, debris-free surface (like a lawn, deck, or pad) is all you need.

What surface do I need to set it up on? A level, flat surface free of sharp objects.
 

Care & Maintenance
 

How do I clean and maintain the pool? All pools come with a detailed manual covering cleaning and maintenance of your pool.

Can I use standard pool chemicals? Yes, standard pool chemicals can be used.

What do I do with the pool over winter? Unlike a permanent pool, iPoolGo pools can be drained, deflated, and packed away for winter storage, then set back up again the following season.

Durability & Warranty
 

What warranty comes with my pool? Every iPoolGo pool comes with a 2-year warranty. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

What happens if the pool gets a puncture or leak? All pools come with a repair kit for minor punctures. For anything beyond that, contact us directly and we'll sort out a fix or replacement part locally, without needing to deal overseas.

How long does an iPoolGo pool typically last with proper care? Your iPoolGo pool should last 5–8+ years with proper care.
 

Safety
 

Is the pool safe for children? Pool safety is important, and we strongly recommend active adult supervision at all times, along with checking your local council's pool safety and fencing requirements, which can apply even to temporary/inflatable pools in some areas. Do local pool fencing laws apply to inflatable pools? Requirements vary by state and council, and can depend on water depth. Check with your local council before installation.

Is my order a pre-order?

Yes, current orders are pre-orders. Our next shipment from the factory is expected to arrive in September 2026, and pre-order pools will dispatch from that shipment. Placing a pre-order secures your pool ahead of the shipment at today's price. We'll email you with shipment updates and let you know as soon as your order is ready to dispatch
